I’ve got another cozy sweet waterfront anniversary session to share with you today! When you only have one day of sunshine during your Christmas travels, you make it count and make as much magic as possible 🙂 Keeping our primary setting at Yorktown Beach, Lauren, Jonathan and I explored a bit more of the beach, finding these amazing patches of tall grass with so much lovely texture.

I loved loved loved Lauren’s cute plaid wrap. It made for such cozy photos and the colors in it were perfect! I always encourage layering for your photos and wraps like this are such a fabulous way to achieve that. They are very flattering and they give your hands something to do which is always helpful! They also are a great way to bring some subtle patterns into your outfit and tie your main colors together. And side note, if you’re up for a cozy, adventurous session walking on rocks, get yourself some cute brown boots like theirs.
